Your paperwork.
A defined purpose.
Who is responsible
During prelaunch, this project is led by Peter Weir. A new legal company is being established. For questions, access, correction, or a deletion request, submit a request marked “Privacy question” through the request page.
What we collect
When you sign in, the hosting platform provides a site-specific user identifier, email, and any available display name. When you enquire, we store your name, company, region, selected service, question, consent version, and timestamps. Accepted cases can also contain documents, case messages, status updates, report drafts and delivered reports, and payment-reference identifiers.
How it is used
We use this information to assess fit and conflicts, administer accepted services, prepare and deliver a review, communicate in the case, manage billing references, and protect the service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell case information or use it for public case studies without permission.
Documents and service providers
Case records use hosted database storage; documents use private object storage. Sign-in and hosting use the Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Payments, once activated, are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered at Stripe checkout and are not stored in this site's database. Infrastructure and providers may process information outside your province or country.
Customer documents are not automatically sent to a generative-AI provider by this application. If a different processing arrangement is introduced, the notice and engagement process must be updated first. Submitted documents must be yours to share.
Access and safeguards
Customers can access their own cases. The business owner's protected desk can access cases for delivery and administration. Requests to retrieve documents are authorized on the server; document storage addresses are not published. Please remove tenant information, access codes, and unnecessary personal information before uploading.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for the service and applicable record obligations. Closed-case files are reviewed for deletion after 90 days, subject to retention needs, disputes, and your requests. This is a review policy, not a promise of automatic deletion. Access and correction or deletion requests can be made through your case or the contact channel above.
Cookies and notifications
Sign-in may use necessary platform cookies. No advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics have been added. Case replies appear in your client desk; email notifications are not currently enabled.
Your choice
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. You can withdraw an enquiry or request closure through a case message. Information already necessary for an accepted engagement or legal record may need to be retained; we will explain the applicable handling.
